Kokomo Winery - Dry Creek Valley — Attraction in Healdsburg

This was the best winery I visited in Sonoma, hands down. We wandered in without a reservation and after being turned away at other (more snooty) places, this place took us in like family. We had the pleasure of having Jeremy as our host. He was amazing - friendly, attentive, vivacious, and hilarious. I wanted to hang out all afternoon just chatting with him, honestly, but then I tried the wines and WOW. It’s like “they’ve got a great personality” - and oh yeah just so happen to be drop dead gorgeous! ALL of the wines were stunningly delicious. I am pretty picky but I loved Every. Single. One. Not usually a Chardonnay fan but there’s a first time for everything and I bought this one! Um, yeah, and 5 more…and might have even joined the wine club. 😂. This place has it ALL - friendly, approachable, great vibe, and seriously amazing wine. If you are in the Dry Creek Valley, make this your top priority stop. We recently spent Father’s Day weekend in Healdsburg and visited several wineries before landing at Kokomo. The majority were quite stunning however you absolutely cannot judge this book by its cover as Kokomo was definitely the most unassuming of all the places we visited. If you are looking for a winery nestled on the grounds of a picturesque vineyard, this is not your stop but if you in search of some truly spectacular wine in a fun yet cozy setting then Kokomo is your final destination. We found Kokomo Winery through friends and we are so happy they introduced us. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Robert helped us on our first visit. After our first tasting we became wine members. We were hooked with all the great wines.All were amazing!!!!!🍷The staff is so easy to work with and we are so happy to be members and they treat us so well. We even received a Christmas gift which we never expected. It was such an awesome gesture on their part. Their customer service really sets them apart from all other wineries. We now live out of state but you bet we are still members and are enjoying their wine in Texas.
