We visited St Paul Mt Vineyards in our fall foliage trip. It was gorgeous. I don't know if they were supposed to, but our kids took off down a row of grape vines and we chased them down to the other side of the field. It was very pretty down there so we let them get their wiggles out before a long drive (down by the trees, we didn't let them touch the vines). After that we were able to sit down and enjoyed a flight. The process took a lot longer than I wanted it to, and I was inclined to complain, but the wife said she was enjoying the pace and that it was perfect for letting everyone sit in the warm sunlight outside and just relax. So I withdrew my inclination to complain and enjoyed our time there. I generally don't like white wines, but there were a couple that I did enjoy (I cannot recall what, anymore, though). I liked all the reds (save for the sweetened one) and while I was warned that the more expensive reds were drier and most people didn't like them, I think my favorite was the driest on the menu. If you're hungry there's a food truck on site out by the patio serving up comfort foods. We weren't but everyone around was making "mmm" noises so it had to be at least pretty good. :) We want to come back (without the kiddos)

We visited for the second time a couple of weeks ago, and I am now convinced that the owner or curator and I must have the same taste in wine because I absolutely love every wine I have tried from St. Paul. Right now because of covid regulations, service takes place on the back patio, and you can't do a regular tasting. However, you can do a flight, which is 3 half pours for $10 (which was the price of a tasting the last time I visited). This worked well for 2 of us, as we were able to share our wines and do our own tasting. Be prepared to bring your own food or order delivery as they only have a food truck available some of the time and are not serving anything. I might be more skeptical about visiting if they were more crowded, but they have done a great job of spacing out tables and sanitizing surfaces as they go. Clearly the same care that went into making the wines also goes into customer safety. The view of the vineyard is great, and the patio has ceiling fans, so it's worth checking out. I would absolutely return and recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful place to hang out. Great value. 15 wines to taste and keep the glass for 10 bucks. This wasnt our first time here but was for our daughter. We have been bragging to her how great the drinking experience was here and they did not dissapoint. Derek our server was friendly knowledgeable and funas we tasted each wine. We also got lunch at the food truck. The Uber cheesy grilled cheese out of this world. Band playing was nice as well. Did enjoy the one memorial day better. Only small suggestion I have is the winery needs as greeter and explain how things work. Have watched newbies walk up and struggle on what to do. Wife and I are sweet and white wine drinkers and this winery has plenty to meet our needs.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. I went with my husband, toddler, brother in law and his girlfriend. We walked in and we were not greeted by anyone. The lady behind the counter just stared at us. My husband suggested we go outside and we did. Again, nothing. A customer got up and pointed at their table and said ‘we are leaving if you guys want to sit there.’ Well we stood around the table waiting for someone to clean it up. We stood around for another 5 minutes and eventually walked to a corner table and sat down, set up our own chairs from a stack of chairs that were on the wall. Waited another 30 minutes and someone finally asked if we had been helped. I was so frustrated by this point and just asked for a wine tasting, so we can get started. While waiting for our first wine, I looked around and noticed cups of peanuts. I asked an employee walking by for the food menu or if we can get something to snack on. She said to ask my server for that..... well where the heck was our server???!! We gathered our belongings after waiting another 25 minutes and our server finally brought out our first wine. This was the most frustrating wine tasting I have EVER done. It ruined our moods, my husband got the worst headache from sitting out in the heat. We made the 3 hour trip and it was SO...
