There is even a little country store that sells trinkets and ice cream treats. You can learn how to milk a cow and even tour a early Americana farmhouse with relics. Haven't been here on a Saturday so I can't comment on how crowded it might be then. I have taken my daughter on a Sunday afternoon about 2 hours before closing and during the morning weekdays and it was nice and calm. Parking was a breeze. Read moreThis park was free to enter and park. There was a small museum in the welcome center which detailed the history of farming in this area. After leaving the museum, my kids loved seeing the cows shading themselves under nearby trees. We were told that you can pet the animals, just as long as they approach you at the fence. You cannot feed them. Besides the cows, my kids were thrilled to see a pig and her babies, goats, sheep and horses. They have a carousel that runs about every half hour or so, a country shop with relatively inexpensive gifts and small food items. I walk my dogs there all the time and go with my parents and we enjoy seeing the animals. This is a very fun place to go if you have little kids or pets or just want to get out and go see animals or go and have fun. I recommend coming here if you like Farms.
