Never been the type to leave bad reviews on small businesses these are the ones that need the most support but wow this one does deserve it! This afternoon I went to visit this store with my girlfriend and my 4 month old french bulldog. Soon as I walked in I was told that I must carry my dog around the store. I acknowledged their policy and proceeded to carry my puppy. After 10 minutes of looking around I was told politely by the manager/ store owner that their employees and customers have a bad allergy to dogs and we must not have the dog inside. I then decided to step out myself and just have my girlfriend shop around while I wait in the car. Even though my dog is a fully registered service dog by my therapist I made that decision to walk out because I did not want to endanger those that were āallergicā. I still did not want to question their decision even though if it was ātheir policyā to not allow dogs then this should have been addressed soon as we walked in. Well few minutes of waiting outside my girlfriend steps out and tells me what really happened. She over heard the manager/ store owner say to her employees specifically and I quote, āI told her that there is someone allergic do not let any dogs in hereā. As if it were a lie and just a new policy that was suddenly made up today. Long story short I do NOT recommend this to anyone that has a service animal or just a furry best friend to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām from out of town and decided to check out this store with a family member. We were greeted as soon as we walked in which was nice and welcoming but after a while Esther kept following us around in the store which made us feel very uncomfortable. When we would pass by the check out counter she kept on asking if we were ready to check out, probably asked more than 3 times which made me feel like I was being rushed. When I go to any store I like to take my time and look around. When it was my turn to check out I asked her if she can remove two items from my purchase and I could see in her face that, that bothered her. After I was all set and done with my transaction, the family member I was with, who goes to this store frequently had paid their items and kindly asked Esther for their original receipt to leave a positive review to increase the chances of employees getting recognition. Estherās exact words were āIām not going to lose my job because of youā and quite honestly if thatās how you think of your customers then maybe you shouldnāt be working with people. Estherās was not professional nor pleasant and overall gave me a bad first impression. You catch more beeās with honey, please get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe owner should be aware that Roberto (manager) created a hostile environment towards a paying customer who had nothing to do with the situation of a person breaking into the booths. This guy followed me in to the store from the parking lot and broke into my locked booth. Then Roberto starts yelling at me in Spanish. The locks on the doors to the video booths are broken or can be shaken open or Roberto has a key to open a locked door. I paid $20 in the machine to hear Roberto yelling in Cuban Spanish. I have no idea what he is saying but he knew very well what happened and they have cameras to review. I think Roberto should not be so aggressive or rude to paying customers especially if he doesnt know what happened, or does know what happened and doesnt speak english to communicate whatever he is screaming about. I almost called the police on what he did and the entire situation. I will never go back to that place because I was basically attacked as soon as I walked in the store. I do not control what other peoole do. Terrible experience and Roberto continued to accuse me of something...
