This is what happened to a client at another location. Cfx looks just as good as it does in pictures. AC is perfect and keeps you cool from that Miami heat, the planning room is perfect to get your team in order and plan story boards. The lounge area is perfect to keep those off set away and preoccupied. Ladies and gentlemen a bathroom that is perfectly clean! A real changing room with large mirrors and plenty of light for makeup and design. Full roll up bay perfect to bring your production truck. Unload and bring in exotic cars or large props with no issues. The infinity wall is crisp white because they paint it after every shoot to make sure it looks just as good as day one. And all other walls look just the same. It's a different experience when you find an owner and employees who care! To be honest compared there is no comparison and is under priced for what you get! Yes they deserve so much more, from what they offer. If you find cheaper it doesn't make it truly cheaper if you have to fix it. Or your guest and team can't use the bathroom, or ac is not up to par.
