After spending close to $3,000 dollars with this company at the time I purchased 7 desks. Of the seven desk about 4 of them had small scratches on them but I really did not complain eve, nor call them for compensation! Here we are today less than one year I called them politely and they could not find my order after providing them with invoice number credit card numbers and even my wife's number! After putting me on hold for so long they finally found my order. by the sound of it considering I was a pretty big order , the last thing they wanted to do was locate me. Afer speaking to Angel the same individual I spoke with less than a year ago, assured me that I would not only get the best price but also get really great customer service, well when I mention that on this particular phone call he said the exact opposite! After putting me on hold yet another 15 min hoping that I would hang up he came back with two options to help with my u-shaped desk that was falling apart! 1) I can pay someone $100 to come to my office and fix it, or 2) I can pay someone $100 dollars and also purchase a new desk, that is absurd. All I am trying to get out to potential customers is run away, you pay a cheap price well you will pay for it twice. Spend your money and you will only have to do it one time!    Read moreOn Tuesday, August 18, 2020, I ordered (online) an office chair (Realspace® Modern Comfort Winsley Bonded Leather Mid-Back Manager's Chair, White/Silver) for $126.00.
On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, I received an email from Morgan Eilers (owner/manager?) that this chair is no longer available. I was offered a lesser item for the same price. I refused and was given a refund.
Two days later, on August 21, 2020 , I saw the same item I ordered was for sale on their website for $194.99. What gives? This is extremely poor business practice.
Edit: I have proof I ordered the chair for $126.00, the payment was made via Paypal and I can post the screenshots. But that's not the point.
The next day I was told you can't send me the chair as you "Cannot Order The Chairs Right Now". You did't say "The Sale Has Ended" - which basically is we cannot give it to you at the price which was advertised on our website. 2 days later the same chair is up for sale for $194.99.
If you could no longer order the chairs, why is it on the website for much more, only * I repeat * 2 days later?
