We have been a patrons for Vipers basketball, many concerts, and today 02/25/2019 VERY DISAPPOINTED! To start my day I arrived at 8am and said ticket sales start at 8:30am. Was late to work waiting for box office to open at almost 9am when first employee arrived late. That was not even the problem. When I picked up my daughter after school. I was excited to show her the wrist band I got for Border Fest 2019 as was she. She put the wristband on and was unable to remove it due to the reverse tie that the wristband has. Which means if you tighten it you cannot remove the wristband unless you cut it off. So I said that's ok mija we will go to State Farm Arena Ticket Master and show them. Much to our surprise when we arrived they were really rude and not understanding. Today is Monday I said, can we take this off since it is too tight and get another one? We were not asking for nothing more. I Asked to speak to supervisor and Aaron Trevino manager of Ticket Master Box Office State got on his phone for 10min prior to attending us. There after I explained to him the situation. That my daughter was excited put wrist band on and it was too tight. If he could replace it with a new one since Border Fest is not Until Friday 03/012019. He proceeded to say no cut it and buy a new one. Aaron showed no concern for my daughter and the tightness of the wristband. When I question him and said we had no idea once you put the wrist band on you can not release the tightness. He said " It is on our website," the use of wristbands. He proceeded to say he had, had his on for a month and no problems. Comparing his wristband that had just been placed and clearly had not even been worn. Instead of doing the correct thing for concern of my daughter's wrist and good customer service. Then when we told him all we are asking for is to take the tight wristband off and have a new one. Again Aaron Trevino repeated, no you can cut it and buy a new one. I replied that is not fair and he replied, " It's your daughter's fault! I did not put the wristband on her. So you can not sue me." All we wanted was for him to replace the wristband not to be humiliated in front of State Farm Arena and the patrons purchasing tickets for future events. We were honest and did not deserve this. When the young lady sold us the wristband she did not advise BE CAREFULL WHEN PUTTING THE WRISTBAND ON. ONCE YOU TIGHTEN IT, YOU CAN NOT RELEASE IT TO COMFORT! Thanks Aaron Trevino and State Farm for your concern! Imagine one simple honest mistake and you can not even sympathize because you are asked to replace a wristband and the pain it we causing. Wow! Did not realize $25 is a big loss for State Farm Arena??? Horrible customer service! We will never purchase any ticket or event again! I work in a customer service driven company and would never treat anyone the way we were...
Read moreThe cutomer service are very rude. I called today 4/23/17 to ask about the Disney on Ice ticket pricing & if there was still some available. When I first called a man answered the phone & I spoke spanish & as soon as I stopped asking my question he imediately hung up. Instead of transfering me to another representative who did speak spanish. Do they do this to all the people? Even the ones calling from Mexico that want to come to events in State Farm Arena? I decided if I spoke english now, they would answer my question. So I did, a man answered the phone (a different man) so I asked my question & he transfer me to a lady, I asked most of my questions & she answered them, but in a fustruating maner & everytime she responded she would then say "would you like to purchase your tickets through phone now" I never told her I was going to purchase tickets through phone I was simply asking questions because we didn't want to drive all the way over there & having the tickets sold out. So I then said "no, no im.." She then interrupt me & said something about the tickets again & said "thank you" & I said "ummm okay" & she hung up. She got me more upset & that is why im doing this bad review. She didn't even asked me if I had another question which I did. This lady cut me off & only cared about selling tickets. So if you're calling for questions be ready to have some rude representatives...
Read moreWhat a fantastic last minute road trip. The festival of lights in Hidalgo County Texas was amazing! The staff, ushers were so helpful from the get-go. They helped out with the ticket purchase, direction, and even gave free sodas on the way in. Everything was so bright and pretty, you could see it a couple of miles away. When you get through the checkpoints as you will see in some of the pictures, they have stands to buy donuts, popcorn, and a variety of different sweets. Never experienced a drive-through festival of light show and I have to say, this one I will never forget. All the displays of light art were beautiful, and very artistically put together. It was about eight rows you can drive through, so much light candy, your eyes and heart filled up with joy. If you haven’t had a chance to visit, I highly recommend it. This Sunday is the last day so purchase the dash pass for $40.00 and you will have the time of your life. With that purchase, you will also get a free parking pass for the carnival, no fee to enter the carnival area. Thank you Hidalgo county for such an amazing display of love and holiday cheer. Thank you to all the sponsors that contributed and made this a reality. Must check it out when you can, YEAH!! Don’t forget to follow me for more adventures and like the pics as you scroll...
