Excellent telephone customer service by Billy. I knew that I wanted a Speed Queen TC5003, so it was just a matter of verifying stock, contacting the installers, providing payment, and scheduling delivery.

H&H delivery know what they're doing, and stay until the machine has gone through its paces to make sure there's no leaks, and it's level.

Our old machine had died when it would not drain, and even though I shop vac'ed all the visible water out, there obviously was still some in there between the basket and the drain, adding weight to the old machine for removal.

Team Ryan had to navigate stairs to a second floor, that turned 90° halfway up, never more than slightly wider then the extremely heavy old and new washing machines, because this Speed Queen is built like a tank.

That means inches from drywall the entire time and Team Ryan sacrificed their hands between the machine and the wall.

Customer service is more than a friendly voice, and a warranty. With items this bulky, customers rely on competent delivery and installation.

Billy and the other gentleman upfront have been very kind and attempting to be helpful. However we purchased a whole brand new set of appliances for our newly built home. We have now moved in and attempted to turn on the dishwasher that came up with an error code as soon as we hit the power button. We called and were told we would have to go directly through GE to get it fixed. We have had issues getting a GE technician out here and my husband called to see if they would allow us to exchange it for one that actually works since it was purchased from Smith’s Appliances directly and was told it was past 2 days of when it was purchased so they wouldn’t be able to. If I would have known they would not allow exchanges for items they sold that were broken I wouldn’t have purchased from here...

Billy and Tommy are awesome! We checked out the big box stores for a new washer and dryer. We had bought our fridge from Smith's, years ago and were pleased, so we gave them another shot.

Smith Appliance had the same models for about the same price. But, for $50 they delivered, installed with new hoses and plugs, and hauled off our old machines. We had a 10am delivery time, they called us when they were loading up at the shop, about 9:30am, and were in and out in no time.
