Table Rock Lake — Attraction in Hollister

Table Rock Lake is an absolutely beautiful lake! We had the privilege of living and looking at the lake for several years. The water is clean and clear. We enjoyed taking boat rides around the lake just thoroughly enjoying the prettiness of the area. By living there we were able to enjoy the lake during the week and avoid the busy weekends and holidays. You don't really want to be on the lake on holidays. Table Rock is great for water skiing. Because of the hills, you can always find some smooth water somewhere. The lake would be more enjoyable if the BIG boats stayed away. A beautiful and extremely clean large lake. My father and I have fished this lake and enjoyed the natural beauty many times. The community all around this area are some of the finest in the world. The recent boating tragedy has me feeling very sad and concerned. My prayers go out to all the people effected by the accident and I hope all efforts are being made to make sure this sort of loss cannot happen in the future. What.a.trip!!! This was one of the best vacations I have ever had (and I go on a LOT of vacations!) Maybe it was the lake, maybe it was the company but I'm guessing it was a little of both. The lake was so big we never covered the whole thing after being there for an entire week! The water was perfect and smooth - just right for water sports.
