Hapa Market has become my go-to for all my fresh, local, organic, and allergy friendly needs. From fresh local meat to allergy friendly breads and pastries, Hapa Market is the best!!! As someone who is gluten and dairy free, I’ve struggled to find the perfect bread - until now. Hapa Market sells the BEST gluten / dairy free sourdough loaves as well as delicious pastries like turnovers, cookies, and brownies. Their friendly staff is the cherry on top. 11/10

Great to see their new butchery (+ coffee) place and see that it is helping activate the old building (Palolo Laundry) AND help reduce Palolo as a retail food desert (with Kokua Market as a partner). BUT sad to see their great meat burgers get paired with old lettuce and mushy wet buns when in the cold case. Would be better to swap in kimchee, leave off the dressing and wrap the meat in wax paper (?) to protect the buns.
