The Tree People Hawaii — Attraction in Honolulu

Services performed were mango tree trimming and guava removal. Tree people were suppose to stump grind the guava trees. It was included in the written estimate but NOT done. Just spoke with Ivan who gave the estimate and stated “oh I clicked the wrong button” he asked if I wanted it done and said it would be $600 more. He did not say I am sorry or I made a mistake. Then proceed to tell me he couldn’t do the stump in the backyard because they couldn’t get their stump grinder in the backyard. Why did he estimate it if it could not do it.
