Tilly Jane Guard House and A Frame are absolute treasures of Oregon. The opportunity to stay at almost 6k feet on Mt. Hood isn’t to be missed! The Guard House only books for the weekends during the winter and caps out at 8 people. It’s fully stocked with cookware, firewood and even propane lights.

In a good weather weekend, Tilly Jane Sno Park is filled so quickly in the morning. Snowshoer, backcountry skiers, SBer (Split boarders). they all visit here. i booked Tilly Jane A-frame cabin 5 months ago, finnaly time to come to hike to A-cabin.

The snow park was closed when I visited on 8/20/18. There is a gate and not many places to park outside of the gate. It's not really easy to see as it is a small road off of the dirt road up to the campgrounds.
