Its a decent pubic pool. $5 bucks a person if you dont have season pass. i went on wednesday and from 1 to 3 there are about 40 kids from a program will be there. they ok but kids are annoying. hanging on stairs to get in and out and splashing you. They have noodles you can use but you cant use anything when those kids are there. also. they need to yell "adult swim!" when the time comes They have 2 diving boards. Its decent pool friendly staff. Best part is they dont add the stuff that changes the color of the water...
Read moreI'm going to be pretty biased here as I grew up in the small town of Hoopeston as a kid and I went back recently to revisit after an absence of about 35 years. It seems smaller than it was but it still has quite a lot of fond memories attached to it. That being said and done comma it's a great place to bring the family and picnic or whatnot, watch a little league game, take your kids to go swimming, or try fishing at the small pond they offer.
