I had to arrange for a graveside funeral from out of state to be held on a Saturday in Danville. After calling some Danville florists and finding out they weren’t open on Saturdays, I was pleased to find Treasured Roots! One call and after explaining our situation, I knew this was the best florist in the area. I was not wrong. They were very accommodating, the floral designer designed the arrangements with the colors I wanted and the flowers I chose. They even delivered the arrangements to the gravesite. We were quite pleased with every aspect of their operation They could not have been nicer or easier to work with. Pricing was comparable but service made it well worth it. I love this store and the many unique gifts, plants and flowers! The store always gives you a "warm welcome"..Overcome by grief of the loss of my Dad, who passed a yr ago, I couldn't help but tear due to trying to pick out a hanging flower presentation for his tombstone for his birthday on the 5th...The employee/sales woman saw my tears and assisted me and together we selected a whole different look for his shephard's hook that stands next to his grave and it turned out perfect. EVERYTIME, I need their expertise and sales they are 100% who they say they are....Treasured Flowers". A forget me not flower" in my books for sure!! I will always come back this store. The staff here are usually great, and the other day, one staff member was giving out the most beautiful lavender roses that I'd ever seen. I'm a collector, so I preferred dear Molly's inventory. But the flower arrangements here are wonderful. In spring, this shop has a terrific selection of a wide array of flowers and herbs and veggies, considering their limited space. And, their perreials survive where others' plants failed. With their "classes", and other venues, I wish them well. They have a few gift options.
