Rudy Export — Attraction in Houston

Muy mal servicio, les recomiendo NO descargar sus futuros envíos en la zona de carga antes de obtener el precio por la oficina, ya que se puede sorprender de los costos de los mismos, si bien es cierto que cada empresa tiene la libertad de colocar sus precios de acuerdo a sus necesidades También es cierto que nosotros como clientes tenemos el derecho de buscar otras opciones que se adapten en costos y servicios a las nuestras. Es por ello que después de pasar por la oficina con la Sra. Helen y recibir un presupuesto sumamente costoso decidí preguntar en la competencia que tienen a solo 2 galpones de ellos y para mi sorpresa el precio era muchísimo mas económico con las mismas condiciones ( $25 menos para ser exactos) es por ello que decidí retirar la caja de Rudy Export para entregarla a la otra empresa, pero no sin antes recibir la noticia que debo pagar $15 por el retiro de la caja que solo tenia con ellos el tiempo que me pude haber tardado en dar la vuelta de la zona de carga hasta la oficina (2 min). Entiendo que pueda haber un cobro mínimo, pero NO $15 por haberle pegado solo 1 Sticker. Para ellos es un aval el tiempo que tienen en el mercado lo que erradamente les hace pensar que deben cobrar mas por sus servicios, cosa que les hace sentir orgullo (claramente sus clientes, a los que se deben, están por debajo de sus intereses como empresa). No logre que no me cobraran los $15 pero me queda la tranquilidad de NO haber enviado la carga con esta empresa y ademas poder escribir esta nota para evitarle el mal rato a muchos de ustedes.

I understand that there may be a minimum charge, but NO $ 15 for having stuck only 1 Sticker. For them it is an endorsement the time they have in the market what wrongly makes them think that they should charge more for their services, something that makes them feel proud (clearly their clients, to whom they owe, are below their interests as company). My experience with Rudy Export has been excellent. Although, I was a little apprehensive, after reading some of the reviews, I decided to give them a try anyhow. So far, with no regrets. I have sent many boxes to Caracas; Maracaibo; Barcelona and Valencia, throughout the last couple of years, with Rudy Export and have not had any problems whatsoever.
