We had their crawfish at Little Woodrow's Tomball last weekend and I was quite impressed! The crawfish was full of flavor and the perfect amount of salt without being too spicy for the general public. Often in order to avoid making crawfish too spicy people under-season their mudbugs but not these guys! They offer melted (real) butter and seasonings for you to add if you like.
