In the years following World War II, restrictive covenants which had prevented Jews and African Americans from purchasing homes in the neighborhood were no longer enforced, and the neighborhood became largely Jewish and African American.

Cute little park. Trail is about 1/3 mile long for walks and runs. It’s very quiet, tucked away in w neighborhood. There’s a gas station across from the East side and house on the West side. There’s a local “mini library box” that has kid books, magazines, and novels. Playground for kids and the entire park is about 3-4 acres big.
