I love this place and in my opinion this is where I would prefer to get my books. The Shrine hosts tons of events that uplift the black community and brings us together. I have seen awesome lectures, performances and had some great food here, all made by folks that look like me!
If you are a reader and are looking for something nontraditional but educational at the same time, I suggest you stop at the Shrine and have a look around.
