Amateur hour. I only used these guys since they were sent by my home warranty company. Stay away.
The tech showed up on a Saturday while I was upstairs and my kids answered the door. They didn't call me or anything, just "serviced" the heater, found nothing wrong and then left. I get a call today from my home warranty company who said nothing is wrong, even though it wouldn't heat above 87 degrees and the service heater light kept coming on
I called Southwest Pool and Spa directly and was rudely cut off in my explanation by the person I talked to (Jose). He then told me off for cutting him off as if he didn't do the exact same thing. I explained that the tech didn't even call me or knock a second time to give me a report.

The pump has been working in the same spot for 11 years. I’m not a pool equipment expert, but I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t have lasted that long if it was incorrectly installed 11 years ago. When the company did come, they said all the failures in my pool (check valve, pressure gauge, and booster pump motor) were all due to chemical build up so the home warranty company would deny the claim.
