Mustang Stadium — Attraction in Hughes Springs

The stands are big and nicely built. The concessions stands are located right next to the stands and the volunteers are friendly enough. They have a nice little variety of things to choose from. Their parking lot is a grass field and their visitors restroom need some updating! They told our band they could not cross the railing to come in from where the buses park but instead had them climb up a hill that had a gap in it like a stream runs through when it is raining. I feel like they were putting the students more at risk by having them climb the hill than go over or under...

For visiting teams, these folks are very hospitable and play a very clean game, nice field, great lighting, good sound, good announcing, and bathrooms are close by. My two gripes, the ramp leading from visitors parking down to the field is wayyyyy too steep (very hard on the elderly). The concession is terrible (come on, y'all could do a better job than that, condiments with potato chips, really?)...
