Rented a “10 person” boat the first day we had 8 people.. and the boat had no power couldn’t get a wake boarder out of the water nor a skier. Stay away from the boat badged the “Rinker”. Storm came in and we had to end our 4 hour rental 2 hours early. Initially they said they don’t give refunds or money back, however they said we could come back another time and use the other 2 hours for a boat at no cost or rent two wave runners for two hours at no cost. We live in SLC so it was a bit annoying that we couldn’t get a refund. We decided to take the 2 hours for another boat obviously, and plan another trip.

Back for the second time they scheduled us on the “Rinker” again even though we had particular asked not to use that boat for the second time around. They gave use a Four Winn’s boat that did well. Both times we found that the equipment other than their tube disk (ski, wakeboard) were terrible. The wake board boots were so torn up you couldn’t even get your feet in without putting a bunch of torn up cloth at the bottom of your feet. The foot holds on the ski were rubber with no straps, super short with a plastic lower fin. Couldn’t keep an experienced skier up for long. We spent an hour of our two hour scheduled time simply dealing with lame equipment. The worst part about the equipment was that once returning the equipment back to the rental shop it was obvious that they purposefully gave us the worst options they had for a ski and wakeboard. Due to the fact that we could see a much better selection. So my advice don’t call in from the lake and have them bring you something to the dock. Just go choose your equipment yourself.

The tours and rentals was amazing. My family from Hawaii came up to visit me my wife, and kids this past January and we went on a tour that took us up these amazing sand dunes that had these awesome views, trails and landscapes. I must tell you that I'm not a big fan of bumpy trail rides, but after this experience I totally dig why people love doing this. My family couldn't get enough they were wanting to extend our tour for another 2 more hours lol. The best part of the tour was when we drove up this very steep sand dune mountain, and when we got to top the view was so enlighting for our mind, body, and souls. It felt like the HOLY SPIRIT was anointing us and BLESSING us with the amazing view that GOD has created. Now we're from Hawaii and my entire family is big so you know we were starving after this amazing tour. The tours and rentals building has a small but I tell you a very great restaurant that serves very delicious burgers, pork and chicken warps and quesadillas,cod fish n chips, shrimp baskets and my favorite they have 16 to 20 different ice creams you can choose from for dessert. We paid $813 for 4 hours for a boat that was advertised as a 12 passenger surf boat. The very old and rickety boat was a 12 passenger boat but it was definitely not a surf boat. It was an old wakeboard boat with no ballast system or surf system. The rope they gave us was a wakeboard rope and not a surfing rope. Our group of 10 made the best of it but I really do feel that they are false advertising on their website when they advertise it as a surf boat because it definitely isn’t. Also, we had it reserved from 1:30-5:30 but when we got there we were told it wouldn’t be ready until 2:00. However they did throw in a free board and gave us until 6:00 so we still got out full 4 hours with the boat which was nice of them to do. The staff was all very friendly but didn’t seem super knowledgeable when it came to the boats. The guy that showed us the boat and reviewed the rules with us told us that it was his second day on the job and his first day there was the day day before and that day was his first day he’d ever even driven a boat.
