It's worth the stop if you're in the area. It's right off the interstate and makes a good place to stretch your legs on a long trip. There's a unique and amazing feature in this canyon, the natural artesian springs that bubble up out of the ground from the aquifer below the surface. There are some areas where the springs are so clear you can see into their depths and make out the fish, rock features, and the occasional scuba diver or people snorkeling. One such spring is Box Canyon. As always, leave no trace, leave it better than you found it, and enjoy 😉.

I saw the canyon while driving down the freeway and decided to stop. It's a well kept area and a great view from the bridge overlooking the falls. There is a nice green belt with a tiny park and a few picnic tables. We paid $7 for the day but didn't stay more than 30min. Not much to do but walk around and enjoy the view.

100% worth the stop, it is super fun to look off the bridge at the pretty views. Easy on/off of the freeway southbound. The park near it is also really nice with places to picnic and there are restrooms. I’ve been 3 times and they have always been clean.

Off the beaten path, but we'll worth the visit. Take time to get out and walk the path across the bridge to end of canyon as well as to see the other views. Have been twice....the drive to other views wasn't open in April, but the scenery around the canyon was more colorful...
