Unforgettable Experience at Sawtooth Winery!!!
Visiting Sawtooth Winery for the first time was an absolute delight, thanks to our amazing hostess Kylie, whose warmth and knowledge made our trip truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine hospitality. Kylie’s passion for wine was infectious, and her expertise added a layer of depth to our tasting experience. The wine tasting itself was a revelation. Each pour was paired perfectly with cheeses and charcuterie, enhancing the flavors and showcasing the winery's dedication to quality. Kylie expertly guided us through the nuances of each wine, helping us appreciate the complexities and aromas. What stood out most was her ability to tailor the experience to our preferences. Read moreI unfortunately had a terrible experience or lack there of. I was very much looking forward to trying this place after many recommendations and appealing social media posts. We called in advance to inquire about hours and if children were aloud as we would be getting there an hour before they closed. They told us on the first Friday of the month they were open till 9pm and very family friendly. After driving an hour we got there at 4:30 they then informed us they would be closing in 30 minutes and would be doing a hard close until 6 for their “Fireside Friday” which children were not welcome at. The people that walked in behind us drove all the from Utah and were given the same misinformed over the phone and also had children with them. I can be very understanding of someone giving misinformation over the phone but the main reason for the poor review is the fact the employees did not apologize to any of us for the mishap or offer any kind of compensation, if anything we were made out to feel like we were in the wrong. IMO this all comes back to poor management which is very unfortunate for an establishment with so...
Read moreOk so, this place is AMAZING. We are in Boise from Denver for the holiday. First of all, WHO KNEW Idaho had such great wine?! The rosé was bomb. The viognier, bomb. This place is just overall bomb. But you know what MADE this place the most amazing? Alicia. My husband and I were here with my sister and her wife. My husband and sister-in-law walked over to the winery next door to check out the vibe, but my sister and I just decided to stay here simply because Alicia was so cool and was giving us such a good time. My husband and sister-in-law ended up coming back and we hung out for a while longer. We spent over 3 hours here hanging out on the patio with Alicia, simply because of the vibe she was serving up. Next time we come back, I seriously hope Alicia is still here, because this is the best winery experience I’ve EVER had. Alicia made our time here THE BEST. Thank you so much. We just had the most amazing time, and we left with multiple bottles of wine. Thanks for a...
