20230905 I saw this gift shop on my way to the Garden if the Gods and was plsnn7ng in stopping by in my way out. Cute little gift shop with ice cream, drinks, hot dogs, snacks. The lady and young man working there were very friendly and helpful. I bought a bottle of root beer, t shirt, ice cream sandwich, and cherry shake... yummm. My friend told me to get their milkshake, and he was right!! So good! Definitely worth stopping by. There an old fashion payphone in a phone booth that still work?? And a huge Bigfoot statue is diagonally across the street with a few parking spaces, and directly across the street from the market is a family of bigfoots or bigfeet??? 🤣 with ice cream.

Wonderful general store located right outside of Garden of the Gods State Park. They have a great selection of merchandise for memorabilia. My favorite part is the homemade ice cream. It is delicious beyond words! Also, check out the Bigfoot Statue across the road! The staff are always friendly, helpful, kind, and considerate. This place is a must stop on your way to Garden of the Gods SP. Grab a neat hiking stick, hit the trails, and come back for a delicious root beer float or the famous Sasquatch Mix pint! You won't be disappointed!

They gave me a spoon for the chili but I didn't need it because it was barely liquid enough I could just drink it but the flavor of the beans and the meat more than made up for how thin it was and I got plenty full just buying a pint. They also have lots of ice cream; cones, cups, shakes and concretes in a variety of flavors as well as toppings. I got a banana chocolate shake. I almost made the mistake of buying a large shake which is super large. Their medium is another place's large.

Beautiful. We backpacked 3 locations in 3 days from Pharos camp ground, hiked the trails of anvil rock area answer then of Indian point the next day getting more water back in Pharos camp ground before heading out. Anvil rock seems to have primitive campsites around it that we’re good that we circled back up to after hiking the trails and the spot we were in that second night was beautiful. Then because we where there and went to the tip of Indian point in the early afternoon, we got the prime spot with best view on Indian point to camp in. There where some others but we got told repeatedly that we got lucky as the spot we camped in was always taken. As far as planing a trip there o found hiking with Shawn’s blog helpful as he seems to have laid out a good amount of stuff for other people...

We stopped here after a ride on a motorcycle for over an hour to get an ice cream treat. The staff was really sweet and nice even though it was incredibly crowded. Everyone were cordial and even though it was very hot outside there are lots of smiles to see without masks for a change. American freedom at its best. This place had really great ice cream and the staff were really nice. Miguel made me an ice cream sundae and it was really good. The little shop has all kinds of Sasquatch related stuff and it's a cute little shop. I highly recommend anyone that's in the area to take advantage of this place and have a a great ice cream treat. Next time we're in the area definitely...
