Stopped in on a Sunday around 1 and there was one worker serving all customers. Taking orders, fulfilling them, and cashing out. We placed our order and was told there was one person in front of us who's order she needed to make and it would be about 10min. After 30min had passed she still hadn't started making our order so we left without getting to try a single wine. Several other groups left as well and the lady working was very unprofessional. She should fullfill the orders when she takes them instead of taking 5 orders before fullfilling any of there. Terrible experience and only time I have ever walked...
Read moreThis is the ideal winery, in my opinion. We went on a Saturday afternoon in late summer. There were a few tables taken on the patio, but it was relatively quiet and the view of the surrounding vineyard was lovely. There were a few more small tables inside, and the woman working chatted a bit about the history of the winery and their wines and let us taste any of the wines they were highlighting that day. My favorites were Herta's Blush (semi-sweet rose), Hankie's Trail (dry rose), and The Other Side (dry red blend). I bought bottles of the last two. Will definitely return anytime I am in the area again...
Read moreDuring a visit here last summer, I ordered their Sangria, which appeared to be stored somewhere behind the checkout counter. The owners apparently have their large dog to move around freely and unleashed in the same area. The Sangria contained hair (probably shed from the dog), which the lady at the counter promptly offered to have replaced and apologized. However, the replacement also had the same issue. Although not intentional, this is not an experience I was expecting to have at a well-reputed winery and diminishes my confidence is visiting...
