Pheasant Hollow Winery — Attraction in Illinois

Had a very awkward experience there when we rented out half of the room for our baby shower. Festivities were just ending and I started helping the staff clean up. Trying to go above and beyond by whiping down the tables with a rag (like I worked there) just in case ya know I decide to have another baby shower. It was the least I could do considering all of the wine we had already purchased for the shower. When I said you never know we could have another of these. Then the staff member said "Oh yes with another woman?" right in front of my beautiful mother to be. After disclosing this to the rest of our party I had heard complaints of using credit cards for a soda, asking for a water and the employee pointing to the water cooler and saying "go get it". Don't get me wrong this place is beautiful. Its sad because it could be one of the nicest Winerys in Southern Illinois. You would think that someone would be grateful for keeping the lights on. They will not get another penny from me and I definitely do not recommend anyone else giving...

My favorite wines in all the country! We came in for a couple bottles of Black and Blue and Midnight Medley and left with a mixed case. The Black and Blue Celebration is so good! A little lighter than the original with just a hint of carbonation. The Midnight Medley is the best fruit wine you'll ever taste! Strawberries, Raspberries and a hint of smoke in the finish so incredible! Oh and the Concord?! Are you kidding me? The best grape wine in the state! Whether your stopping in for a glass or buying a case it's worth stopping..over and over again! P.s. they have 1/2 case and case...

Very disappointed tonight! Great festival but they shut the music down at 835 that was supposed to play until 1030! Reason for that was because of storms that still arent here! They said we could go in and continue having drinks with friends, when we got inside at 9 or a little after chairs were on top of tables and they were mopping floors. We got to the festival at 6 paid 30 dollars for two people to enter and were shut down at 835. Not to happy. also stood in line for a very long time while music was playing because computer was down and they couldn't...
