Burnt Cedar Beach is a private beach, there is a fee per person but it’s worth paying. It’s has large swimming pools( the pool is heated👍👏), playgrounds, huge picnic areas all around the beach. Such a well kept recreational site for all ages. The beach water is quite warm comparing with other locations. Suitable for family with young kids.

Absolutely love this beach. Beautiful views, less crowded and great for Incline Village residents. (Just make sure to bring your IVGID cards!) I also like that there are now waitresses and waiters at both IV beaches. My husband and I were able to order Lakeshore Lemonades from our chairs. The beach is also great for sunsets.

Burnt Cedar Beach is definitely one of my favorite places to hang out! I absolutely love their beach and pool with the slide. It's always a great time there!

Incline Village is a great illustration of what happens when private interests and selfishness prevail. Not a single inch of the lake front is accessible to the public, including this beach reserved to residents. Is that how people should enjoy Tahoe, when California has done a great job at preserving its other natural wonders? Given the "friendliness" of this community to visitors, I'll stay away from spending a single dollar there. Such a shame, but other places in Tahoe offer...

Note all the beaches in the incline village (Burnt Cedar, Incline Beach, etc) are NOT open to public (you need to be a resident of incline village and have a specific ID to show and get wrist band to enter). Hayat Regency beach is also for guests only and they check wrist bands. So park your car at "771 Southwood blvd" and take free shuttles to Sand...
