Special resident only beach during the summer months on fabled Lake Tahoe's North Shore. During winters Burnt Cedars grounds are open to all that wish to visit one of the best beaches, in my opinion, on the Lake. It has bbq's scattered throughout the grounds, a large pool, bathroom facilities and a food court that is overseen by local popular chef who also oversees other popular restaurants at golf course and Diamond Peak ski resort. Burnt Cedar has a beautiful strip of land that juts out into the lake, a perfect spot to memorialize your visit....

Beautiful park however there are signs all over that said no dogs allowed. They have benches to sit and relax they also have great restrooms there. We went in March it was cold outside but the restrooms were heated flush toilets warm water. It didn't seem to me that there was a charge for parking. This park is beautiful and located on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. Entrance to the park is very difficult to see and we ended up passing it and turning around so that we could go...

5-star facilities at this private beach but the swimming area itself has a lot of small sharp rocks and algae so you don’t get that beautiful aqua like at Sand Harbor. However, most people don’t swim in the icy water so it’s a great place to look at the mountains, sit in the sun (or in the grass in the shade), play volleyball, swim in the pool (though it was closed for “bio” reasons i.e. poop both times we visited). Clean restrooms...

Residents only beach from May thru September. Beautiful beach for swimming on one side, open water for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding etc. on the other. There is a swimming pool including a small water slide and baby pool, plus a small snack shack with pretty good food during summer months.
