Hoosier Horse Park — Attraction in Indiana

Paid for 2 nights in advance for their opening weekend of camping for April 3rd and 4th 2015. It rained all day on the 3rd so my kids and I waited until Saturday morning the 4th to take the camper out there for some fun and and a campfire. When we got there our power was locked up so we couldn't hook up. My kids were dissapointed as we pulled our camper off the campsite and had to park it back at storage. I called the following Monday to find out why my campsite was locked and they said they made a mistake and didn't unlock it! When I asked for a credit they offered me a 1 night stay! They said since I didn't come out until Saturday they would only credit the 1 night! REALLY? They're gonna dictate when I should come and go!? They forget to unlock my campsite for the weekend and then offer me 1/2 of my credit back! DRAG YOUR CAMPER THERE AND PLAN YOUR WEEKEND AROUND THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK! I'll never visit them again. Would have given 0 stars of possible! They could have resolved the issue for a $16.00 credit. Yep, $16.00. To show what kind of people you're dealing with there, read their response. Facilities are good. Great outlet shopping a few miles from the site. Super shooting range as well so if you like to shoot you can do it at the Atterbury shooting range...trap...rifle..pistol. 4G wifi signal and a good restaurant on site. Update 7/7/18. Wow lots of improvements since the last time I was here the arena has been completely redone with new lighting, paint, and footing. I love coming here to show. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I just wish they could do something about the dust. It's simply awful. I felt like I was covered in dust from the stalls and the walkways. I never bathed my horse so many times in one day lol. The horse park employees are so nice and helpful and we love that we can camp right there...
