Today was the Grand Opening of Irvine's newest community park. It has everything: baseball, tennus, pickleball, playground equipment, picnic benches and grills and more. Read moreI recently spent a day here at the Portola Springs Community center for a training session for kids summer camps. Naturally, I had to take a walk around and experience all that the facility offered. Incredibly manicured baseball fields, kiddie park, volleyball court, tennis courts and even pickle ball courts too!! I was kind of jealous that this community center had so much more to offer than the one nearest me. There are plenty of open spaces, a volleyball court, and pickle ball court is here. If you come on a sunny day, bring your shade as the main part of the main part of the park has limited shade.
