Portola Springs Community Center — Local services in Irvine

I would rate it 0 stars if I could because the treatment by the workers over there is not acceptable. We booked for 4:50 and came 2min early and they wouldn’t let us in. They set up the tables late and mark us for their slow and lazy behavior saying it was our fault, not only that but they cheat on you and mark you down for everything and say that they are more people then there actually was. Very disappointed, we reserved this facility for birthday party but staff was very unprofessional, rude and uncooperative specially Matthew Arambulo. He literally ruin our party, looks like spying on us, continuously interrupt us to complain about guests in a lobby and out of facility. They didn’t provide chairs as requested, kitchen and refrigerator was dirty. Not going use this facility next time and Never recommend...
