Saturday Farmers Market — Attraction in Irvine

We’re unable to visit often, but when we do, we usually have a great time! We love the food vendors and try to come as often as possible to grab a bite of breakfast in the morning. Though, we did have a bad experience that made me wary of returning to this specific market. We were passing by a booth and I guess I was holding my phone in an awkward way and the woman at the booth grabbed my arm and accused me of recording her. In the moment I was terrified and embarrassed as the market was bustling and people were all around, and I apologized for the confusion, but I wish I had told her to never lay a hand on any person you don’t know. She could have handed the situation better and after that, I didn’t visit for months. The market, although smaller than it previously was, is still nice to go to and thankfully I don’t see her booth...

Really a fabulous farmers market. Lots of organic options, vegan, gluten free, fun home goods and you can hit the Mariner's thrift store on the way out! Looking forward to doing the train. Try the Old Town Baking Co's veggie bread, it's amazing! Very nice people, very nice location. Remember to bring a cart, cuz it gets heavy. My family and I go out of our way to make it here for the Farmer's Market. The various farm vendors offer food of exceptional quality and variety. We've been coming here for YEARS and each visit has not been a disappointment.
