Crate & Barrel Outlet — Attraction in Jackson Township

I visited the store around 6pm today with my mother. We were the only ones in the store at the time and no one greeted us. We walked in and the lady at the register just stared at us. As we are walking around the store a gentleman comes out the back and did the same. No one greeted nor did they ask did we need help with anything. As we continued to walk around the store, they were having a conversation and every time we walked near them they would get quiet and stop talking. It was very awkward. I could feel the tension. It made me so uncomfortable as if we were not welcomed. That interaction made me not want to purchase anything. As we were leaving they stopped talking and did not say anything to us as we left. Great place to frequent if you are on the market for new furniture, kitchen, or decor. While inventory is smaller then other locations, for it's size they continuously get new shipments multiple times a week and the best part is the furniture is mostly in functioning and great condition. This is important to us as other locations have larger inventory space but the furniture is absolutely destroyed and the prices Are not adjust to reflect that Given that you are buying final sale items quality and price have to match . We recently purchased a sectional for our new home and the process was great customer service with Amy was attentive and informative and pick up was a breeze. We rented a home Depot box truck and got the furniture home in great condition. It was a grand sectional for a great price and in almost perfect condition. I’ve found GREAT deals here on beautiful pieces with little or no damage. Great staff too who have always been really helpful advising us on moving guys who could pick up and deliver to NYC. I also used to love being able to see the regular furniture they’d have in on their Facebook page but it seems that has been taken down recently (?) really miss the ability to check on what was in stock before making the trip. In a response to another reviewer below they say you can check the inventory by going to the website and marking this location as your home store but that hasn’t worked for me at all.
