FYI long review but read to the end--The online reservation process was smooth and easy. The check-in process was smooth and easy also. The location was a little hard to find because it is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and no front signage. But once you see the boat dock area, you are there. I am a new rider, and the instructions were brief. Brake, Gas, don't lean on the turn, if you fall off get back on from the back. The beeping noise tells you your time is up. What I wasn't told, very important-the beeping also tells you that you are out of the area too far, turn around. I also was not told that they can kill the engine on you. For .5 hours I was slow throttling with the loud beeping Noise going further down the St. John's River, cursing and squeezing the gas and going nowhere fast. I even pulled up to a boat dock to ask for assistance on why I had no power. But this is why I'm still giving the 5-star rating. While at the dock, calling back to the office to inform them I have no power and lost on the St John, one of their staff members was already coming to find me, pulled up and explained why I had no power, and the beeping was to help me turn around. He guided me back up the St John and back to the launch point. I had a blast, was never scared, because you can always see a shoreline.
