Quiet and wonderfully entertaining for the kids and adult kids alike. This park has both a splash pad and a large playground with slides and swings and forts, climbing walls along with bridges and rings and many more creative things for a child to explore. The park area is vast and provides shade with matures trees and park benches to enjoy a quiet rest while listening and watching kids frolic along and making new friends. There is ample parking and restroom facilities on this side of the road. Across the street is the main part of the park with frisbee or disk golf areas, several parking lots, at least two baseball fields, and ample areas for picnics, running, exploring, and more. At the end of the road is the boat ramp where you can launch your boat or watercraft onto the New River.

Came for the splash pad, was turned off when we arrived and being worked on, told it wouldn't be long. Fixed within an hour and a half. Water came back on for about 30 minutes and then the lady working on it shut it back off and closed the splash pad with about 30 kids playing on it

This is one of the bigger splash pads in the area. We really enjoy coming here. However it's not open just yet. We were here for the playground and the nature. Like always we had lots of fun!

A blast. Bring waterproof sunblock on sunny days, since there's no overhead or built in shade area by the splash pad. With a chair or pop-up tent you could claim a spot on the nearby hillside, which has shade from a light Grove of trees nearby and can see the jungle gym nearby very well. An icecream truck frequents the area, which takes cash and card. Parents be warned: It's delicious and very much needed after a long...

I don't have small children but if I did, they would have so much fun!!! Sprinklers and tall flowers that spin water, or have 2 streams, or the third had 3. Also water shot up from the ground. Had swings down the hill, picnic tables, jungle gyms. Wished I was kid while I visited there for my teenage daughter visiting her online...
