Went through the drive thru on lunch for convenience (as everyone does) and this location seems to have an issue with understanding the word "plain". I ordered a sandwich plain, to my "surprise" they added every single condiment possible. I had to go inside to request a remake because I didn't have time to wait through the drive thru line yet again. The co-manager Devon Morris helped me, I informed him I would like my sandwich plain as ordered, and requested they put a rush on my remake considering it was them who messed up, and was wasting my time. He proceeded to go to his kitchen staff, and make the comment "can we get this sandwich remade this lady has an attitude" and continued to talk about me like I wasn't there. It's disappointing because I was calm and actually had an understanding attitude up until he decided to talk badly about me. Bojangles, please require your staff has some form of education and customer service training so the next manager you hire in fact understands the word plain, and doesn't think it's okay to bad-mouth a guest right in from of them, while YOU were in the wrong. Read moreI have been going to this location 20 years and by far I always said it was the best in our area. I have seen a change in staff and the service has suffered. I go in to order a steak and cheddar biscuit so I can have it made to order. If not they put a prefried steak and cold cheese on a cold biscuit. Today I waited 15 minutes, when I got to my destination there was no steak biscuit. When I went back up the same person Leah or Levi (tag is so worn) greeted me and was mad when I told her the situation. She wanted to argue with me, she went in the back and the kitchen said it would be 5 minutes she yelled across the restaurant it would be 5 minutes. I replied you could have apologized this made her mad as well. Do I blame this employee for the mistake just the attitude. I blame the management, at no time did I see anyone come and check her fixings, which she ran out of and had to keep going in the back and get this items refurbished. This girl was doing the job of cashier and server. She was run ragged, Bojangles prices have gone up so there should be enough employees to run the restaurant. Read moreI hate to do this, it’s one of my favorite locations but I know the shift who does it right wasn’t working. I waited in line for 20 minutes to be acknowledged to pay because the tap on drive through wouldn’t work ultimately the tap wouldn’t work at all. I left came back about 15 minutes later with a card. I was handed the same order they had made before. My fries are gross can’t eat them my sandwiches are cold. Does anyone even care ?? Worst shift of my life worst $20 ever spent it’s truly sad how little you cared. It was a small amount but I wish I could be reimbursed for my money and the 40 minutes total time it took me to finally get my food I can’t eat, guess I should’ve accepted the red flags and pulled off.
