Carissa Glanton is the Owner of The Selfie Showroom she is such an amazing person..I have visited quite a few times but todays Experience was one for the books 🤟🏾☺️🎄🤗😘 It was my Mother and I first Christmas pictures in 35 Years not to mention I brought in my Pet Genuine Pig named Wisdom.. She was so willing to assist and really made it comfortable for all of us..We loooooove the Showroom it's so diverse unique and accommodating within reason definitely a place for men women children and pets on Special days.. There are over 20 different rooms to choose from literally something for everyone.. Some rooms are changed depending on the Holidays or Season coming up..The Showroom has an opportunity to host private parties with an additional space to fellowship in..Walk in are accepted ..Appointment slots are recommended..I have also participated in the Duval Selfie Fest as a Vendor.. My initial interaction with a young woman was poor and unexpected. She did not greet us with a smile but instead questioned why we were there. It was our first time there and didn't know reservations were required regardless of the number of people. We were a group of 6 and it was my friend's birthday. We were able to get tickets online when she took time to properly explain it. The idea of the selfie room was creative but executed poorly. We opted to use our own phones but the ring light stands did not hold/secure our iPhones. As a result, our phones repeatedly dropped on the ground. We had to take each other's pics. Some of the ring stands needed to be replaced as they were dim. The furniture in some scenes were broken and my Aunt almost fell on the ground. The entire place needed to be dusted/cleaned/sanitized . I don't recommend nor would I return due to the poor customer service. I believe in superior customer service, especially as a...
