This was an okay experience; the tubing lift stopped abruptly with several of us on it for a youth outing. This sent myself as well as my 70 yr old mother tumbling forward. The lift stopped working again and again; start/stop etc.! It then stopped and we were forced to walk the steep incline to the top of the tubing area. My mother went down once and I 3 times. We then stopped bc the line was so long and the stop/start of the tubing lift. It was a subpar experience and would liked for a refund to have been at least offered since we did not really do anything other than sit in the small older cabin!

3 separated tubing lanes to avoid crashes, with big bumps built in to give a little extra excitement to the run. Conveyer belt to get to the top. Tubes were all in great condition. AGES 4 AND UP. Buy tickets in advance, reserving a two hour time slot. Slots seems to be much busier at the beginning half. You'll still need to sign waivers in person to pick up your ticket. You can rent helmets for a little extra. Despite indoor masking and vaccination requirements stated online (February 2022), no one was checking, and few guests were wearing masks indoors.

Pretty cool! The conveyer belt takes you up and you get to fly down. Repeat! Nice concession food and a good place to hang out after having fun. It would be cool to have an easy route down for my nervous wife! Lol. Friendly staff and decent prices. We'll be back.

Took my little boy snow tubing here for the first time last weekend. Was frustrated at first because we purchased tickets for a 5-7 time slot. Once we arrived we were told that they don’t even offer that time slot and we’d have to wait until 6-8!! Annoyed, we filled out our consents and went to McDonald’s to kill some time. When we came back at 6, they let us go straight to the slopes. My 4 year old LOVED it! Unfortunately he had an accident about an hour into tubing and we had to take him to the hospital. The next day I received a call back from Hidden Valley offering us to come back FREE OF CHARGE! They felt bad about the time slot incident and the accident. They were very professional and I am glad I will be able to take my son back to get the full experience...
