Indian River Plantation — Attraction in Jensen Beach

Beautiful area. Walk to ocean and river. Lived in the association for 16 years first as part timers- now more full timers. When first moved into Fairway Villas there was a small condo family feel. Now- there is a different feel. Projects being done with little communication regarding specific timelines- which is stressful. This contributes to a less carefree ocean vibe- especially after over 20k in special assessments and counting. If moving in - my recommendation is to talk to owners about who is managing your property and how they feel about them.
