Like other reviews stated, don’t take exit 14b, just go to the next exit. The sign won’t say 14c, it’s says “Park & Ride” (or something like that) and “No Trucks”. Just make a right when you get off there, then another right and straight down Philips St & make a left on Theodore Conrad Rd. Plenty of backing space. No bathroom that I know off. Loaded quickly.
