My son loves Just Jump, but this visit was different than any other visit. One employee in particular did catch my eye. By law you must be 18yrs old to work at Just Jump. So with that being said I saw something a little strange. There was a dude working towards the back named C (not publicly calling out this dude). A lady came in with her daughter which looked to be around 10yrs old, maybe. While watching my son I couldn’t help but notice the flirting between what appeared to be an adult and a child. At first I thought ok maybe it’s his sister, but after a min I said to myself it can’t be they are just to close. You could tell the little girl had a crush on the dude, but he actively engaged in flirting a little back with this little girl. The girl would sit and jump right in front of him and he would kind of push her or put his hands on her in some type of way. She was at one point laying on the trampoline with her legs open while staring up at the dude. It was just odd to me as a parent to see that. This dude gave to much attention to this little girl in a way that it came off as creepy. So with that being said I told my boyfriend and he also said it was a little weird. Instead of observing all the kids at play he had his attention more on this girl than others. Now days you never can be to careful. Now I’m not calling this employee out or anything or trying to start something by no means. It just looked strange to me and very concerning. I believe the employees should limit what interactions they have with the kids coming to play, and to be more observant. A couple employees seemed to be staring off in space rather than focusing on the kids that were rough housing and not following the rules. I will be taking my son back here to play but will definitely have my eyes on my son 100%. Parents please be vigilant in watching your kids at the places they play at. You never know what type of people they have...
Read moreMy son had his birthday party here yesterday. I would give zero stars but the jumping was fun. Our party attendant wasn’t helpful at all. My guests didn’t know what to do or where to go when they got here so I had to explain the procedures to them. I had to ask her to help them check in. We weren’t offered the parent drinks included in our package. We added more people to our group and she didn’t set another table. My husband and I had to set it while all the kids waited after they called us up. She didn’t even have plates and napkins for us and later asked if we wanted some. She didn’t talk or interact with anyone. She offered to help serve the pizza but didn’t help serve the fruit, cake or juice boxes. She just stood in the corner the whole time. The pizzas were very small. Most people only got 1 slice. No water was ever offered. We were told we would get a party room for our group but they just took us upstairs to a public room where other people crashed our party. It was so hot upstairs we were all dripping sweat. Not only was the experience bad but they also overcharged us! They took a deposit from me and then charged my husband full price on the day of! I called and explained all of this to the manager and he was not helpful at all. He just said he would talk to our party attendant as well as see if he could figure out why we were overcharged later because he will be off work for the next couple days. I asked if there was anything he could do to help remedy our experience but he said no! We had twenty people at our party and so far have paid $580!! It would have been so much cheaper and had better service if we had just paid for each person to jump and then gone next...
Read moreWe went to just jump and was thinking they closed at 10pm, they were closing at 9pm. We got there at 910. I ask the girl if it was ok for the kids to jump and she said she would have to charge us full hour which was fine, the kids were excited so I didn’t mind. She told us to hurry up and put the info into the computer we rushed and got it done in 2 mins. When we went to the counter she was rude and said well you were slow. So she said I have to put it in as 30 min sessions which was confusing anyway as why she could not do that to begin with. So she gave the balance of 45.00 for 2 kids 6 and under and 1 8yo. I ask her why the price was so high and she said I told you when you come in about the sessions I said yes but we have 2 kids that are 6 and under she was so rude and said well I had to charge you full price because of the 30 mins. She was rude , and I just don’t think that was right to have to pay that much for 3 small children for 45mins. I was fine with paying regular price for the hour. I have seen other post where employees have been rude but I had never had this experience before as I have took my nephew, this is the first time I have had such a horrible experience there. My opinion is there is another jump park in Johnson City so why be so rude and crooked when these are small children that just wanted to play for 45 mins. I will never ever go back there and for sure share my experience with this girl with everyone. From now on I will be going to the other jump park, Seems like if you want business you will have customer service that...
