It’s pretty wide open. So wear sunscreen and bring some water.
The trail surface is mostly limestone screenings.
You could ride your bike here, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s kind of short and a little rough in spots. Not worth the trouble, in my opinion.
If you do decide to ride your bike here, you can add in the part that crosses Gougar Road and goes up to Bruce Road. But that part is particularly rough.

I came after they control burned the area but it's still beautiful and I know once summer comes it'll be gorgeous. Not a crowded trail. You might catch some horses as well. This entrance has ample parking, a restroom and a covered picnic pavilion. Along the trail there are benches to take a break or enjoy the scenery! Come catch a sunrise or sunset.
