Ta Canijo (Maple Rd.) — Restaurant in New Lenox

The little Mexican girl at the counter would barely whisper so low, . that I couldn't hear a word. She was saying.... I was trying to place a order. And ask her about the menu, . but she would not speak up. And I couldn't hear her words. She was saying ......I asked if someone else could wait on me. That would be willing to speak in a loud enough volumes.. .... If somebody i could hear speaking.... and get an order placed ,,, But Nobody Else spoke english. So I had to walk away without getting food... I'm going to contact the lawyer and file a lawsuit against them for discrimination against the hearing impaired. Maybe if I shut them down and put them out of business they will -learn that they have to respect those with disabilities. Please carry your business somewhere else and don't order from this establishment.. if they can't...

Atmosphere in bad but it isn't a gas station. The El pastor & chicken tacos were really good pretty spicy on the rice other than that it was all good. And then I gave the service three stars because they messed up charged an extra three taco dinner and didn't tell us.. we decided to take it anyway. Yeah he didn't tell us until we called him on it. On another note this gas station has everything you could want they have another restaurant in there too and stuff or an ice cream place or something. Everytime I order here, I tell them no onions and everytime onions are put on my tacos. I am allergic to onions...one little piece will make me violently sick for days. The ladies who takes the orders speak English so they should understand me when I say no onions. A couple of times I made them give me new tacos but that shit gets old. This is not rocket science: no onions means NO ONIONS. So I decided not to patronize them again ANYWHERE!!!. I'm paying for this food and if I cant get it the way I like it...
