This is a nice venue for concerts. We have been to multiple concerts here and have always had seats in the balcony. We eat at the bar prior to the concerts which is good food and very convenient. So you ask, why the one star review? We pay more to sit in the balcony and after our last and final experience Friday night, we will NEVER pay the additional money to sit in the balcony again! First, when we purchased our tickets we purchased ASSIGNED SEATS! When we entered the balcony, there were four people NOT in their assigned seats which caused everyone else to have to move. WHY? We purchased assigned seats and assigned seats should have been enforced!!!!!!!!! Seondly, EVERY time without exception we have had our concert experience ruined by abnoxious, rude, and drunk people in the balcony! Friday night was no exception! We paid over $500.00 to sit in the balcony just to have loud abnoxious talkers ruin the music experience and then stand up in front and dance with hats on! Seriously, do these people think that they are the only ones that deserve to enjoy the show! It was painfully obvious that we were not the only people annoyed with the actions of three people. But indeed, three people ruined the experience for EVERYONE else. What a shame that the drunken behavior of people is not monitored or controlled by the management. This is the second show that we have walked out of because of the abnoxious behavior of others! IT IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY TO SIT IN THE BALCONY AT THE DEJORIA...
Read morePurchased tickets back in June for the "Everclear with the Ataris" concert for the end of September. We found out in an email (which wasn't even that obvious and direct) that the Ataris wouldn't even be there, which is why we bought the tickets. At this point we didn't even want to go. We emailed and no one replied. We called and they were rude and were not willing to refund us. So we asked if we could get a credit or gift card situation so we could see another show. But they were not helpful (or even nice). It's absolute garbage that a company can take your money and not even provide the show as advertised.
Not to mention, when I checked their social media for how the show actually looked (because no, we didn’t/couldn’t go) it was just a bunch of people crowding the stage and it didn't matter that you paid $175 for 3rd row tickets, they we're crowded out anyways. Such a...
Read moreOk this place deserves 5 stars but I only give it 3 because I spent 1,300.00 dollars on 8 front row seats only to have the first 3 rows of people come bully there way in front of us. Next time I will buy cheap seat and fight my way to the front cause the security didnt seem to care that this took place . . Also 30 minutes in a concession line to buy a drink they should rethink there serving situation for more profitability the venue is sweet and if they fixed these small issues it would be excellent.
2nd reply! Then tell the people on the front row that they are allowed to get up and stake a claim instead of us being polite and staying in our seats! i will fight for real estate better then the next guy but you could also put front row closer to the barricade so peolpe cant do that. i have work in concert industry for 30 years and there are things you can do to control...
