We DO NOT recommend club level!!
You don't get any normal foods that the stadium sells in club level. There were no hamburgers, no chicken nuggets, no fries, no box candy, no chips, no pizza. - you get vegetable empanadas, turkey sandwiches w/ spicey sauce - that's it - oh and stale popcorn.
We went here for the NWSL and paid for club level. WORST experience we've ever had here.
Food area was not upkept/ clean reg. Food was not replenished when empty. ALL hot foods were cold. Deserts were put out once, never refilled Access to the upstairs was hard to get to Elevator was blockd off for premium acc. Club Level Seats were far from included food & beverage, which means you had a long trek to get anything. The long hallway you had to go down also blocked any view of the game going on and you had no visibility of the game missing important parts!! Side seating area with better view then the people whonpaid for Club level. The drunks constantly in that special area screamed vulgar chants with security standing within feet of him. Lacking any signage for club level, directions, entrance, and seating. Everything in Club level foods was very spicey. turkey sandwich had spicey dressing, spicey chili, spicey nacho toppings, vegetable empanadas were spicey, hotdogs had no flavor and bread was stale. So called fresh popcorn that was stale AF is kept in standard plastic bags with scotch tape and was stored underneath counter in a box full of other bags of popcorn that anyone could get access too.
We ended up paying out of pocket for normal stadium foods that you could NOT get in club level, popcorn was fresh, burgers, chicken tenders,
We walked down to get drinks, and when we returned, there were people sitting in our seats twice.. so dont plan on security watching seat hoppers.
The stadium was located out in the middle of nowhere. There was nothing else where the stadium is so if you need gas, get it!
With the stadium being freshly built, we do not see them making any changes or corrections to fix...
Read moreI have a 5 hour drive to get from home to this stadium, and I am HAPPY to do so. We’ve had 3 different game day experiences in this stadium now and each one has been absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly, caring, and a lot of them are downright funny and charming. I have even welcomed into this stadium, given gifts, it feel like you build personal relationships with the staff around you, specifically in the Pitch Club(I’m talking to you Adrienne, my favorite red headed bartender). Even my experience outside of the pitch club was amazing. One of the cart workers was very concerned about my sun exposure and made sure I had fresh ice in my cup at all times for my water. I’ve had members of staff reach out to me asking when I’m coming back, and then finding me when I did come back! Not only is the staff all WONDERFUL but the stadium itself is beautiful and I am so so so proud that we finally have a stadium that was built solely for the women’s team. The growth I see with the Kansas City Current gives me so much pride and hope for the future of women’s soccer. It’s the example that has been set and I hope to see others follow. I already can’t wait for my next chance to drive down and enjoy a game. I miss the Pitch Club staff already! And Martha, I hope you see this and know how much I adore you and how thankful I am that we met! What an excellent stadium. What an excellent experience I’ve had each time. And lastly, the fans here are absolutely wonderful. As with every stadium, there are the ones who get rowdy. But by far and away has this stadium had the kindest fans I’ve ever come across as a whole and the atmosphere is electric. Every. Single. Time. Awesome job CPKC. You’ve build something truly excellent here! And I’m so proud of the stadium, the team, and the culture being built there. I’ll see you guys soon! With love,...
Read moreAs a resident of Berkley Riverfront I really hope the entire traffic situation is reconsidered for the rest of the 2024 season and all future seasons. Leaving all of the cones, gates, and signs out between games is not only an eyesore to our community but also a major obstacle on a daily basis to those of us that live here. There are often weeks between home games and the cones tip over into the street causing us to dodge them while driving. The gates block the side walks we walk, run, scooter, and bike down daily which causes us to have to move them or veer off the sidewalk. The crosswalks are always blocked so we can’t safely cross the road and the signs blow into the street.
During game days us residents are blocked from driving down the road so the normal 2 min commute from city market to our homes can easily turn into 40+ minutes with the train and detour. There is only a short period of time the busses cross yet we are blocked for hours. If we have a parking pass to the apartment communities we should be allowed to pass by to get to our homes. Or at least have a “ to the parking lot” lane and a “through traffic” lane so we can get threw off the interstate.
Overall it’s “fresh and exciting” to all the fans during game days but a nightmare and headache to us residents every other day of the week. It literally feels like the stadium is abandoned unless there is a game which is crazy for the “monument” it is to the Riverfront. This is our home and we deserve to enjoy it as everyone enjoys game day, like please buy a trailer and take the extra hour before and after games to set up and then clean up the street and sidewalks and property store them in the back with...
