I went with my husband & 3 kids. We kicked the walk off with a friendly competition on the swings at the playground and ended up laughing at each other for 5 minutes straight. We walked both the north & south walking trails. The grounds are immaculate & the scenery around the creek is beautiful. We didn't have a problem with our car being messed with or see any seedy people. Our kids really enjoyed the workout stations sprinkled along the north trail.

As a group, we felt safe. As a woman, I personally wouldn't walk them by myself because of all the trees, bushes & high grass. In some areas we couldn't see anyone in front or behind us. However, there were women by themselves who seemed very comfortable. Perhaps if there were more people out & about I would feel safer if I was alone.

The surrounding neighborhoods had sidewalks & a bridge to get easy access to the trails. My watch calculated 3 miles exactly when we finished the south trail & was standing at the crosswalk to go back to the north trail. There was a beautiful melting pot of different ethnicities. Everyone we encountered was friendly. On the car ride home we all agreed that it was a great experience & are looking forward...

Beautiful Park surrounded by homes. Great for an easy walk, jog, or bike ride. There are shorts trails around one side of the lake. Entire paved walking path about a mile and a half long, and a 20 minute brisk walk. I recommend this park for families, couples, or singles! Check live status on Google to see how busy park is before going, best time is early morning, or...

Beautiful and relaxing trail. It loops around the water and it has exercise stations throughout the trail. There are also benches to sit and watch the scenery. There is a small play area for the kids too. Plenty of parking. If you are looking for a smaller park to walk, bike or skate this would be perfect for you. There are no restrooms so go...
