This place is not 5-star. Generally, I’d give 5 stars if I like the food and service of a place. This place deserves 10 stars. I’d give it 10 if there was a way to do that. When you are thousands of miles away from home, And you suddenly get the flavors like home, it hits differently.

My wife loves momos, the ones she used to get in Bangalore. She keeps searching for something similar, and now this is her go to place when craving for momos.

We visit Himalayan often. It’s conveniently located 5 mins from Katy Mills.

The momos are super tasty. Today I tried the Jhole Momos for the first time. The soup had strong flavors, little tangy, and the right level of spice. That kinda level where you can enjoy the strong flavors while eating it, and it makes you keep going. But once you stop, the spice hits.

Their Samosas are hot, crispy and really flavorful. They gave complementary chai. A little milky and mind for my liking, but hey, free chai with Samosas in a breezy evening, what else do I want!!

Where should I start from? This place is undoubtedly the best place for Momo in Houston. We are ready to drive an hour almost every weekend to eat the delicious food of this place. The Momo are perfectly sized, full of spices and sooo juicy. One bite and you know these aren’t frozen but freshly made on the spot. My favorite has to be their Chicken chill Momo. I am always surprised with the quantity of their chow mein as the portion served is really huge compared to any other restaurants or food trucks I have tried from. They do not compromise on their taste and the taste of their food is always consistent. While passing through the street we decided to stop for a quick bite. The chilli chicken momos were absolutely delicious - perfectly spiced, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The chicken chow mein was equally impressive, with just the right balance of seasoning and a satisfying taste. The staff treated every guest with genuine warmth, offering complimentary chai and bottled water to everyone, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcomed.
