Experience: We were with Captain Andy. We were a big group. They showed us a lot of caves and spoke about the islands history. The ride was fun, and it does get bumpy. For those that don't read the waivers pregnant women, those with neck/spinal conditions are not recommended to go. Bring your inhalers, epi pends or any life saving medications that you need to the boat. They provide a waterproof bag for belongings, snacks, water, soda, chips, and a dessert. As well as snorkeling gear and flippers. The waters were warm/cool when we went in the morning. Parking: Park in dirt/grassy parking lot when you drive in, not pavement, or you might get towed. Restrooms: Single stall bathrooms and portapottys on site. Go before getting on boat. We brought: sunglasses, suncreen, and hats ok but could blow off (someone had their clipped to their shirt), underwater camera, clear cellphone waterproof case, water bottles, motions sickness pills and ginger candies. Overall: Great experience! Recomend booking with Caprain Andy in the morning. Waters are clear and better weather conditions.

Hungry Menehune food truck posts up here, as well as a bunch of tourists for Napali coast boat rides as well as some very active crabs. I love watching tourists loading and unloading into little boats going off on adventures while waiting for my lunch order from the Hungry Menehune Food Truck. I thoroughly enjoyed thier Chili Pepper chicken and Deep Fried Roast Pork combo. I've had different things off their menu and I enjoyed everything that I ordered. After you pick up your order, you can enjoy your food at the nearby pavillion overlooking the harbor.

I am giving 2 stars NOT because the experience was personal in that our group could not enjoy the benefits of the full 4+ hours ride. One of rhe catamaran's propellers came apart and the 'captain' had to return back to the harbor. He was extremely social and witty too. Manu the captain (as they call themselves) even gave us a pineapple as a parting gift. We could luckily see dolphins gamboling around, but could not see the sea caves of repute. Maybe next time? Don't miss the opportunity. The prices in Hawaiian islands are quite steep! They entirely depend tourists for...

The only small boat harbor on the south west side of Kauai this is where all the Napali Coast boat tours depart from. While the water is calm inside the harbor, waves can get big outside, so be cautious of how to navigate your vessel in and out.

Beginning in mid May, 2025, a new paved parking lot to the left will replace the dirt lot on the right, but sources also say that visitors will have to pay for parking (Rumored to be $20/day) 😾

Basic flush restrooms available plus a couple of portables. There are a couple of covered or shaded picnic tables...
