National Tropical Botanical Garden South Shore Visitor Center — Attraction in Kauai

My wife and I visited the NTBG as a Norwegian Cruise Line excursion off the Pride of America and was a wonderful experience. Our guide Bob was clearly passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the plants of Kauai and Hawaii in general. From the moment he picked us up at the pier, he described the flora along the road as well as dropping in bits of history and pop culture. Once we entered the garden, we stopped in multiple locations to see the magnificent scenery. Bob had an easy going manner and was always eager to take pictures or answer questions.
