PLEASE stop by Hawaiian Ko for some amazingly refreshing purple sugarcane juice with a spritz of lime for $8. The five stars for Waipa Farmers Markwr is all thanks to this drink. Trust me, I know what refreshing is after a hike to Hanakapiai and back. Plus he takes tap to pay so you have NO Excuse, you'll thank me later!

Very cute farmers market with ~20 stands ranging from local tropical fruit, jewelry, pottery, veggies etc. We got lots of different fruits (some that we haven’t tried before) — cream apple, sweet sop, soursop, Chico, guava, papaya, apple bananas, mangosteen.

Great local produce, artisans, and ready to eat lunch and munchies. 2023 Still great produce and artisans, and helpful, friendly vendors. I really like Missy's pareus and Anna's silks. The grandkids tried and liked the poi, so brownie points to Grandma!

Delicious pre-made food grown on the local farms and yummy desserts and produce. Self serve refrigerator.

Pay by cash, Venmo or PayPal.

Just heat and serve meals.

Loved everything we had there through the years.

Poi lilikoi cheese cake is yummy. So are the cookies and tiramisu.

Just had the beef stew, it was amazing, hearty and 3 of us ate 2 containers. We also love the yellow curry.

Take the adventure and see what they have. I am sure the meal would taste great cold, but heat them up. It is like being apart of a meal at a local...

We arrived and went to buy a mango and was scolded to not squeeze it, which I had not. Then went to buy a pineapple which I was charged $10 for and when cut was brown inside. Then we went to buy some papaya which were small and green and were told they were ripe (each $3.50) but were very overripe when cut. Remember tourism is your livelihood on this island, and you should not strive to rip people visiting...

This farmer’s market was easy to access and had plenty of parking. There were nice craft vendors and food vendors. The fruits and vegetables vendors were actually in the minority though. So consider that if that’s why you’re going. I was pleased to meet the operator of For Goodness Cakes because she was super friendly and had gluten free baked goods and cold brew coffee. Perfect stop for me on a...
